WOLFOX coffee introduces Brodwolf Bakery: a creation that comes from the constant desire to rediscover the authentic flavours of traditional ingredients and pure quality. BROD+WOLF is a stone oven artisan bakery. What we do is simple, but far from common. We use fresh, NATURAL ingredients and traditional methods to make artisanal sourdough bread.

Everything we bake embodies our passion for traditional methods, our respect for local produce and our patience-driven approach to delicious food. Our breads and pastries are hand-crafted, baked daily at sunrise and we source our stone-ground flours from local mills.
Beautiful Ingredients Sourced from Trusted Suppliers - BROD+WOLF Bakery is proud to use natural and local ingredients, from the cold-pressed, extra-virgin 100% Italian olive oil down to the unsalted butter, artisanally made from milk sourced from pasture-fed cows in Britain. Our flour is organic and stone ground in Shipton, a mill in Gloucestershire dating back to medieval times. Using organic flours means every batch is different, requiring the bakers’' keen and observant eye like an orchestra conductor to harmoniously pull every element together. No added gluten, no preservatives, no improvers, no rubbish.
